Hi everyone! Was just wondering if anyone can help or can tell us about their personal experience. I had a cesarian delivery 5 months ago and im wondering when I can go back to working out. Im thinking of 30 mins of treadmill to start. would that be ok only after 5 months?
Would really appreciate your insight. thanks! |

hi mami cheng! para skin d pa pde mag exercise ng gnyan kaaga...5 mnths plang nakakatakot pa.sariwa pa un sugat mo sa loob and after a year pa mag heal yan.heheh!sabi nman ng ob ko mga a yr or 2 pde ka na mag wrkout. |

I'm also interested to know kung anong pwedeng exercise ang magagawa ko, para naman pumayat kahit papano. 7 months had passed already after my CS operation. And I know hindi pa totally healed yung sa pinakaloob na sugat.
Mommies na na CS pls share naman. TIA

3km walking and healthy diet,..
and the best way to loose weight after pegnancy is to breast feed as long as possible. i am sure that it wil help you. i am cs delivery too and never did any exercises to loose weight.payat n kc ako instead i did all the work for my baby like taking him for a walk bath etc.. which actually are very good exercises.
void fatty food lang talaga

thanks! I guess I just have to cut down on eating sweets. Grrr. Pareho na kmi ng baby ko nagiging tabachingching. Hehe! |

yah i guess for those who have just given birth like me (7 mos ago) with a CS section, the best muna is to cut down your eating habits, pero alam nyo ako, bad, hehehe ive been playing badminton na for the last 2 months, mejo napapagalitan, pero so far ok naman, ala naman pakong nararamdamang sakit, hehehe.. |

ako rin, almost seven months na before the operation..hindi pko exercise kaya tabaching ching pa rin ako..haha! you may exercise, treadmill is good naman basta hindi excessive..minimal lang dapat..exercise little by little..wag mong bibiglain..kc the wound is not yet fully-healed.. bikini cut ka?

ako nman kaka-1 yr lang nun baby ko last month, d pa rin me ng-eexcercise.takaw ko p kumain kya un tyan ko parang preggy p din hehehe...kakainis n nga pag nkikita ko sarili ko sa salamin.kya lng wala me nman time mg-work out kc sa umaga work..sa gabi kay baby nman oras ko.kung weekends nman lalo ng puro kay baby n un time ko, d ko n masingit mg-work out...hayyyy!!!

pareho tayo! my baby will be one year old na this july and yet, I've lost a few pounds lang. of course on top of the baby weight. My weight before I gave birth was 180+ lbs then after giving birth, I went down to 160lbs. Now after 1yr, I'm 155lbs! Nakaka-conscious talga at ang hirap magdamit, hindi makapag-sleeveless dahil ang laki pa rin ng braso ko at ang puson ko naghe-hellow talga! I cant find the time to exercise because I'm working full time and pag uwi ko syempre time for the baby and on weekends baby and husband. Although, taking care of my son is also quite a workout because ang bigat nya at ang kulit and he loves to walk, run and play. Kaya lang, napapalakas rin ang kain ko especially sweets! kaines!di ko mapigilan dahil feeling ko I need to eat because pagod ako. Sabi nga nila, di pa raw totally healed yung tahi sa loob because 7 layers of skin daw ang tinatahi kapag CS. I really hope you guys can suggest exercise or routines we can do for the working mommies! |

One week pa lang nakakaraan nung maCS ako, and my last check up was Jan. 15, na-CS ako Jan. 18 and I was 142lbs, kanina nung follow up check up ko 130lbs na lang ako.
I didn't do anything, did not even control the foods I eat/intake basta lang puyat saka breastfeeding. Tuwang tuwa nga ako kanina nung 12lbs na ang nabawas sa akin in just a week teehee! Siguro sadyang mabilis lang akong maglose weight.
